Prospective mentors based in Hungary, Luxembourg, Sweden, and Slovenia took an online training course on the 7th, 8th, and 9th of July 2021.The training of mentors is a blended learning activity that consists of online training, online reflective observation, and in-person meeting for reflective conceptualization in October 2021 in Slovenia.

The outcome will be in further inclusive mentoring for social, cultural, and creative entrepreneurship as an efficient tool for the social and labor integration between hosting societies and migrant women in Hungary, Slovenia, Sweden, and Luxembourg.The participants finished the first stage of the training on mentoring tools, gender, and intercultural sensitivity, social, creative, and cultural entrepreneurship for the integration between migrant women and hosting societies.
